I've always wanted to have some finished 40mm objective markers for scenarios so I got off the pot and built some. Granted, my objectives also objectify.
I figure other players can go for a flag or crates of goodies and I'll be honest about my goals. :)
These will get used for WM/H and possibly 40K or other systems. I put this nice storage/transport box together because they'd be somewhat useful and I can't control my OCD.

New Ramos Crew
Put a lot of work into painting this weekend and cranked out the Ramos crew + Electrical Creation + Mobile Toolkit. Here's some pics of the finished Ramos plus his trusty Mobile Toolkit. The Electrical Creation is something he can create so this trio will often be seen together.
This Steamborg model was a little finicky to put together just because his legs to naturally go on so that he stays level. Plus the mechanical feet are pointing on the end -- that makes gluing him to the base difficult.
These arachnids are cute but very difficult to manipulate. Part of that is because I'm a clutz but also these guys are really small! They give you six arachnids in the box which makes for 1 swarm and 3 extra spiders. Or you can do like I did and magnetize them all so they can go between a stand for swarms and individual stands for single arachnids.
This effort was not my best but I wanted to get a crew started and finished this weekend. I'm really tired of an overflowing bin of unpainted models.

New Malifaux Figures
Over the holiday weekend, I had a chance to finish off two big pieces and one small one.
First of all, I wrapped up the build, paint and basing of Lord Chompybits. I put him on a base of HirstArts blocks to help give him weight and offset his natural tendency to lean forward. Adding other figures for scale.
Also had a chance to finish the PeaceMaker. This guy is pinned 8 times to get all his legs, arms and feet together. Also mounted him on top of some wooden props hopefully giving me the mental cue that he's able to cross over terrain like that since he's an Arachnid. Here's the finished product with another figure for scale.
Finally, here's the Enslaved Nephilim. His base is one of my 30mm custom wood plank bases. Overall, this was a very easy miniature to put together and paint.
